Delivered by our Principal Consultant for a G-SIB. Led the design and implementation of a Recovery & Resolution Planning framework for a globally systemic important bank (G-SIB). This included regulatory engagement, wind-down analysis, solvent exit planning, and operational continuity structuring, ensuring compliance with PRA and SRB mandates. Key outcomes included successful supervisory feedback cycles and embedding of RRP into the firm's strategic risk framework.

Case Study 2: Global FX Conduct Risk Review & Regulatory Remediation
As part of a global FX conduct remediation effort following regulatory enforcement actions, our Principal Consultant led multi-jurisdictional internal audit validations across London, New York, and Hong Kong for a Tier 1 bank. The work focused on front-office supervision, algorithmic trading, benchmark handling, and e-distribution conflicts, aligning practices with OCC and Federal Reserve expectations. The engagement directly supported the client’s successful closure of key milestones under the FX Consent Order, strengthened global surveillance governance, and enhanced management preparedness for ongoing regulatory scrutiny.

Case Study 3: Risk & Compliance Operating Model Transformation
Delivered by our Principal Consultant for a Tier 1 European Bank during a major compliance remediation initiative. Restructured the bank’s global risk and compliance function post-enforcement action. Oversaw control inventory rationalisation, design of three lines of defence realignment, and risk appetite recalibration. This transformation supported regulatory closure and re-established credibility with both local and global supervisors.
